Summer Circuits (all abilities)

Join us for a 60 minute circuits class in the field at Merryboys Road Field , Cliffe Woods every Tuesday at 7pm from 27th June.

We will be hosting a FREE taster session on Tuesday 27th June and after that we have two payment options..

6 week course £42 (works out £7 per class)

or

PAYG £8.50 per class

This class is for all levels, even complete beginners.  For each circuit, you will be given different options according to your fitness levels.
