Having working in a fast paced city investment banking environment in the City of London for 20 years, I recognised the need to take a more holistic approach to life and retrained 15 years ago to work in the Women's Wellness sector. As a Women's Therapeutic Coach, I specialise in helping corporate companies support women in their workplace.
As well as Coaching, Lavender Health also delivers wellness themed corporate retreats across the UK with a focus on improving both health and mindset using movement and meditation.
