Lavender Health is delighted to present our first ever, Therapeutic Retreat Day, which will be at the majestic grounds of Nurstead Court.

If you have been feeling out of sorts recently whether that be menopausal, a relationship breakdown, grief, career cross-path, mum overload or perhaps something else - this retreat day is exactly what you need!
Who is this Retreat for?
This day retreat is for women who feel like they need some time out. Quiet reflection time in beautiful, tranquil grounds.

Nurstead Court in Meopham, Kent (near Gravesend). Please note there are only 20 spaces available on a first come, first served basis.

What is the financial investment?
The days retreat from 10am - 4/4.30pm
£137 which can be paid in full or with a £30 deposit and rest due on 9th May.
