Kent Wellbeing Hub and Lavender Health are delighted to collaborate and present this first of its kind exclusive Sunday retreat, created especially for Therapists, Counsellors, Helpers and student practitioners who give deeply to others but may forget to give back to themselves. The retreat will be at the majestic grounds of Nurstead Court and run by lead counsellors Georgia Robinson and Christine Fox, alongside Therapeutic Coach, Michelle Burke.

Join us for a day to reconnect with nature, realign yourself and deeply nourish your soul. Through gentle practices and workshops and with intentional rest, Nourish and Renew offers you a chance to switch off, slow down and return to work with a full cup.

Who is this Retreat for?

This day retreat is for anyone working or training in a therapeutic or caring role - those who hold space for others and often carry the emotional weight of that work. Whether you are a student counsellor, a counsellor, nurse, hospice worker or in any role where you are supporting others, you are welcome here. If you spend your days caring, listening and holding space for others, this is YOUR time to be held..

Where is the Retreat?

Nurstead Court in Meopham, Kent (near Gravesend). Please note there are limited spaces available on a first come, first served basis.
