Cancellation Policy

We know life happens — but as a small, one-to-one practice with limited appointment slots each week, late cancellations and no-shows affect other women waiting for care. This policy explains what to expect if you need to reschedule or cancel.

 

Appointments

24 hours' notice or more
No charge. You're welcome to reschedule or cancel freely.

Less than 24 hours' notice, or no-show
The full cost of your session is non-refundable and will not be rescheduled.

To cancel or reschedule, please use the link in your Acuity confirmation email, or contact Michelle directly at michelle@lavender-health.com or 07766012584 as soon as you know you can't make it.

Packages

If you've booked a package (e.g. the Bump Package, MLD Package, Coaching x6), the same 24-hour notice period applies to each individual session within it. A missed session with less than 24 hours' notice will be deducted from your package as used.

Packages are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

Retreats

Retreat bookings are completely non-refundable once payment has been made — this includes both the £27 deposit and the full balance payment. This applies regardless of the amount of notice given, and covers cancellations for any reason, including illness.

If Lavender Health needs to cancel or reschedule a retreat (e.g. due to illness or venue issues), you'll be offered a full transfer to the next available date, or a full refund.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are non-refundable but can be used for any treatment or package of equal value, and are valid for 6 months  from the date of purchase.

Illness

For individual appointments, we understand that illness — especially in pregnancy, postnatal recovery, or post-surgery — isn't always predictable. Please let Michelle know as soon as possible; the 24-hour policy above still applies, but late cancellations due to illness will be looked at compassionately on a case-by-case basis where possible. Please note this flexibility does not extend to retreat bookings (see above).

Klarna & Instalment Payments

If you've paid via Klarna, this cancellation policy still applies in full, regardless of your instalment schedule with Klarna.

 

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to protect the next client's appointment time, and will still be charged at the full session rate.
