Michelle has been supporting women through their fertility journeys for many years — through natural conception, IVF, failed cycles and the grief that can accompany them.
She currently volunteers with a baby loss charity and spent two years supporting parents on a NICU ward, giving her a depth of understanding of the emotional landscape of fertility and early parenthood that goes far beyond most practitioners.

Each session combines Reiki, breathwork and guided mind focus — building cumulatively to reduce stress, restore balance and keep you grounded through whatever the journey brings. Coaching

Whether you are trying to conceive naturally, preparing for IVF, mid-cycle or processing a failed round — this is a safe, confidential space to talk, process and find your way through. Available in person or on Zoom, making specialist fertility support accessible wherever you are in the UK.
