How does therapeutic coaching differ to executive business coaching or counselling?

Corporate online Therapeutic Coaching offers an holistic approach, delving into the depth personal development using a somatic approach.  Often the chaos in our mind presents itself in our body and vice versa.  Therapeutic Coaching gives the client a chance to PAUSE.... the sessions include breath work and meditation and can be booked in blocks of 12 or 24 or on an annual retainer basis. ,

 

These sessions do not exclusively address work but delve deeper in the personal life of your staff too.  We can discuss challenges women face in the workplace including returning from maternity leave, fertility ivf cycles whilst still working, navigating midlife menopause, juggling motherhood and a career, returning to work from surgery, returning to work after a cancer diagnosis, looking after an elderly relative, managing work with SEND children or health conditions and much more.  These sessions really identify the signs of burnout and develop strategies for prevention.  

 

Therapeutic coaching takes an enquiring holistic mind and body somatic approach to talking therapy.

Meet Michelle

Certified Women's Therapeutic Coach

Having working in a fast paced city investment banking environment for 20 years I recognised the need to take a more holistic approach to life and now offer therapeutic coaching sessions to women in the workplace, as well as wellness themed corporate retreats across the UK with a focus on improving both health and mindset using movement and meditation.  After leaving a busy city job, I have spent the last 15 years working in the women's health sector and have a deep understanding and knowledge of how to coach your staff forwards.

​

Therapeutic Coaching helps women navigate the hurdles of life, offering them a self compassion based support system to recognise changes that need to be made.  Coaching can be taken for many reasons but often as women we juggle many spinning plates.  For employers to offer staff a series of coaching sessions this would enable those plates to spin more steadily, ensuring none are dropped.  As an employer you will see improved performance of staff, increased production, less long term sick leave and really become renown for offering an excellent staff wellbeing package.  Coaching sessions are in investment in retaining happy, healthy employees.

Therapeutic Coaching Fees

Sessions can be booked in blocks and tailored to individual client requirements or on a retainer monthly contract basis.

​

It is recommended that each employee receive a minimum of 3 sessions each.  All sessions will be on Zoom and the client will be issued with codes to distribute to employees to book their own sessions via my online booking system.  Employees will always have Michelle as their Therapeutic Coach ensuring safety, confidentiality and a trusted relationship.

Each employee completes a  feedback forms detailing personal and business growth progress
