HCR® Every Woman

You can chose from a 6 or 12 week programme designed for Every Woman.  This is a whole body pelvic floor and core rehabilitation course.  For those with a weak core, pelvic floor issues or back pain this is designed to bring you back to your amazing body.

HCR® MenoWellness

Our magical combination of Peri-to-Post Menopause pelvic health programming and wider care for woman transitioning through Midlife.  

This is also the time when women need a little extra education, support and guidance.

HCR® C Section Recovery

If you had a C Section whether it was recently or a long time ago and are experience any of the following this is the course for you - Scar pulling, numbness, confusion about safe exercise, disconnected pelvic floor, hangover mummy tummy.....

HCR® ZenWoman

This 5 week meditation course will show you different ways to meditation, introducing you to the deep art of silence and thought.  The ultimate course to feed your body and soul.

HCR® Diastasis Closure

Do you have diastasis of the midline? A separation in your abdominals?  This is a BESPOKE programme grounded by a hands on assessment, remedial therapy and advice and clear direction on returning to functional modern movement.

HCR® Recovery

This course is great for post op clients.  Whether it is cosmetic surgery recovery, hysterectomy or other surgery we are here to help reconnect your core and synergise your breath work.

Holistic Core Restore can help guide you back into feeling like YOU again.  Not only do we start this journey of wellness together but we extensively talk to find out the full story, the background that surrounds your health journey and how we can improve it.  We will delve into why, how and what.  This is NOT just exercise, this is a full wellness programme to change you both mentally and physically.  We hopefully have a long life in these bodies so it is essential we prioritise ourselves with self care and ensure you really are at optimal health.  So whether you are pregnant, post natal, hitting menopause or recovering from surgery I'm here to walk that road with you and ensure you reach your goal.
